Carlin Bay is located in beautiful North Idaho on Lake Coeur D'Alene and is nestled in the mountains with breathtaking mountain and lake views. Several families call Carlin Bay home year round, while some prefer to come home only in the Summer months. Carlin Bay Property Owners Association(CBPOA) has been establised to protect all property owners in Carlin Bay regardless of residency. CBPOA is here to provide peace of mind and consistency to our neighborhood and is an invaluable resource. Carlin Bay Property Owners are governed by a majority elected board. This board oversees the day to day operations of our Association and insure all CC&R's are followed. The CC&R's are decided by the homeowners for the protection of our community and property values.
