Carlin Bay is located in beautiful North Idaho on Lake Coeur d’Alene and is nestled in the mountains with breathtaking mountain and lake views. Some families call Carlin Bay home year round, while others prefer to come home only in the Summer months. Carlin Bay Property Owners Association (CBPOA) has been established to protect all property owners in Carlin Bay regardless of residency. CBPOA is here to provide peace of mind and consistency to our community and is an invaluable resource. Carlin Bay Property Owners are governed by a majority elected board. This Board oversees the day to day operations of our Association and ensures all CC&R’s are followed. The CC&R’s are established by the homeowners for the protection of our community and property values. For more information on the CC&R’s see the CC&R page.

This web site is developed to assist our Association in communication and unity. Anyone is welcome to give suggestions or comments and can use this site for information pertinent to the Association. See the “Contact Us” page for further information.
